Well, some of them did. If i remember right there was The Joker, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Zaez (whatever his name is), and Killer Croc. Scarecrow was great (really enjoyed his boss fights), Poison Ivy was good, i enjoyed her area of the game, but they were largely forgettable, Zaez was in it for about 10 seconds, and Croc felt generic. While it was fun to go against The Joker as the main villain, it didn't really feel like his personality came through. The Joker's personality didn't come though? That game was all Joker! You couldn't have changed the opposing villain at all.

Time to go find more Riddler trophies again.

  Did you play the first game? There were tons of people in there, it wasn't just the joker, it's going to be about the same content-wise

This game looks amazing, but i am concern that they may be trying to do too much. I mean, it has Two-Face, Cat Woman, the Joker, Riddler, and Penguin (there are more, but I can't remember who... oh, Zee... that one dude, I forget his name).  Well, hopefully they are able to balance out all the Villains (and Cat-Woman) in the story so it doesn't become a cluster f*&k. 

Looks good, though I much prefer game-play trailers.

Really excited for this, I didn't play the first one until a year after release. Won't make that mistake again.

True but you have to admit the looks of the traps and the tone of the trailer are very reminiscent of Jigsaw. Especially the part where he looks at multiple grimy, flickering monitors.

As someone who's only seen the movies(90s-present) I cant say I have a great idea of who the Riddler is but he definately wasn't portrayed as being this sadistic in Arkam Asylum. He was just kind of a douche..

Wow, Riddler killing people is completely against his character, he has never, ever done it in the comics. Unlike the rest of the Batman rogues gallery, both he and the Penguin were perfectly sane, though deeply involved in criminal activity. Riddler was more of a bank robber with a huge ego who liked toying with the authorities. Now he's jigsaw... that's almost as stupid as giving the Penguin a monacle made out of the bottom of a bottle, or extending the campus of a small asylum to a large populated urban area instead of, say, the countryside.

Dini is credited as writing the script. He wrote Batman: the Animated Series in the 90s and is considered one of the best in the Batman creatives. Personally, I love his style. The villains are meant to be hokey, not to mention Batman himself. Exactly. The Animated Series was fantastic, and I'm glad they're taking more from TAS and less from Nolan's series (though I love those movies).
