The Walking Dead's Penultimate Episode Arrives Tomorrow

Call me an elitist dick, but I just don't feel like playing this on 360/PS3 anymore. Maybe if they did a complete TWDS2 pack for PS4 I'd be keen.

Yeah, looking back on it, 7 months is kind of a long time, but the real thing is the season isn't finished yet, and as several people have said, they're waiting for the full thing to come out. People do the same thing with TV shows all the time.

I'd reckon quite a few people are doing that to binge-play the entire season. I did the same for S1.

Looks like it's time to play through Season Two.

God damn are some of the lines in this trailer cliche. "This group is cracking, I've seen it before" made me roll my eyes so hard. TWDS1 was terrific in part because I wasn't always sure what to expect. So far, S2 has been far more predictable. It feels too much like a generic zombie TV series now. They've got my money though, so I might as well see it through.

In most every other case, I would likely fall on @amafi's side of the argument, but here I think perhaps it is a little unreasonable.

I think the difference lies in the game being released in a piecemeal way. Some folks (me included) prefer to wait for such games to be released in their entirety before playing them, eschewing the episodic nature entirely.

Spoilers should at least wait until a game is complete.

That said, it was clearly an accident, and Alex has 'fessed up. No big deal.

I haven't played season 2 yet as I'm waiting for it to finish up on releases and I've managed to stay spoiler-free. It's easy to do.

That said, let's all start freaking out!

I don't think Alex is at blame at all this "spoiler" was revealed back in March if you were to care about the series at all you would be up to date with it or know better than to watch trailers for the second last episode of the season. Hell the video even starts with a spoiler warning, I haven't played any of the wolf among us yet so I have chosen not to watch any trailers for it.

Yeah, 7 months ago, might as well be yesterday. At some point it has to be ok for a website about video games to discuss what happens in video games and avoiding spoilers more than half a year after something surely has to fall on the people who don't want to get spoiled at that point?

Maybe I'm just unreasonable.

Dude, season 2 started in December. It's still pretty current.

I'm waiting for the entire Season 2 to come out before playing it.

I played through the first season and didn't feel invested enough to play more of the same. From the looks of this recap it really is a lot more of the same. Group of survivors, outnumbered by zombies mixed in with some inner group bickering.

if you care enough about the series to be annoyed by spoilers then there's really no reason for you to not be up-to-date by now. like alex said, shit happened forever ago.

I changed the deck. For what it's worth, I forgot that this story point would even be considered a spoiler (because it feels like it happened forever ago), so apologies for that. I just didn't think about it.

Man even when he's trying to be nice, Kenny's such an asshole. Probably the best written character in the whole series, I was kinda psyched when he turned back up in Season 2, but man, fuck that guy
