The Wonderful 101 Actually Looks Really Wonderful

It looks a bit messy to me and I'm not sure how well it will play but... that waterslide clip at the end is a winner.

The trailer makes it look really fast paced, but it probably isn't, which is too bad.

Looks neat. I'm considering getting a Wii U now (as well as for a number of other reasons).

Is this a party game? I can't really tell.

Well, there is also this thinig called a wiki on this very website. There's even a brief description right next to the video. I don't know why you act like it's so hard to figure out.

I want this game now.

Looks great. but still not convincing me to drop the cash on a Wii U. And the announcements this morning about another Mario Kart, another Zelda, and another Smash Brothers "are coming" (no shit?) don't help either. Enough already.

This is truly a Platinum games joint.

This might be okay. I'm only a casual Pikmin fan and I didn't like Viewtiful Joe games at all, so kind of hard to get real excited. Hopefully playing it is killer, because the character designs aren't doing it for me.

The human character model's remind me of Viewtiful Joe.

The fact that all the other little guys in your mob are actually the guys in the crew makes me excited to see the story of this game. It would be cool if all the characters get expanded on nicely. Also the game itself looks awesome.

The Viewtiful Joe and Pikmin influences seem obvious, but this also reminds me of Gerry Anderson TV shows a lot.

@Shtinky: Haha actually Fire Emblem X Shin Megami Tensei was the other one I was talking about! Still need to play more of Bayonetta than the demo to see if I'd even want to try the sequel. And as for windwaker, I've never played a Zelda game...BUT I am working on getting a NES and starting from the beginning. And I'm always all for anything Yoshi. People hate on them too much, and I don't get it.

This game really does look awesome. It seems to be a good light tone/serious gameplay with whacky results combo.

Man, it would be cool if the individual heroes have attributes that affect the massed attacks they engage in. Like elemental damage if you have the Human Torch or Iceman on the team, or more simply more damage if you have bricks. Doesn't look like it, but it would be cool.

You can make the argument that giantbomb shouldn't hype a nintendo game they haven't played yet, but c'mon. It’s different when it’s a woman, this is over the line, and Luigi should have known better.

Platinum Games, between this, Bayonetta 2, and MGR I think I'll just give you direct access to my bank account.

When Platinum releases a game, I must buy it. So I will buy a Wii U for this title, and for Monster Hunter as well.

I wasn't going to get a Wii U before. But now, this game has sold me.

Same about the voice. The first second I actually thought it was another Viewtiful Joe-game.

This and Bayonetta 2, Nintendo did good on this one.

Looks interesting, but enough for me to drop so much money on a Wii U.

I must admit I don't really understand what I just watched. At least how the gameplay works. But I'll follow this game more closely.

This generation, I've had very little reason to get more than my Xbox 360 and PC. The very small amount of PS3 exclusives I'm interested in, do not warrant the purchase of a PS3 and the Wii has nothing I want to play.

I really hope this next generation will go back to more quality exclusive titles because I really do want to own everything, but not 'just' to own it. Pikmin 3 has my attention, but one game is not enough for me to buy a console. Although there are rare exceptions. For example, I think Ninja Gaiden is one of the best games ever made and I can replay it forever. So, I found a Vita was already worth the purchase just to have that with me at all times.
