Some of those deliveries right at the end were really cheesy but they made me laugh out loud and thats part of the charm.

The weird thing about this game is how many of its characters I don't feel like I'll particularly want to kill.

Still pushing my way through the PC release. I'm a huge Castlevania fan. LoS is NOT Castlevania IMO. We'll see how this one turns out.

Even if this game turns out to be trashy, I still want to play it. The first was a slog, but still worth it just because of how great the art design was (minus Zobek's face looking weird at times). I expect no less from this sequel, but I'm super worried how any of the story is going to make sense to people when barely anyone knows what happened in the first game's DLC chapters, and that garbage handheld LoS game.

I'm hoping the Kojima influence is still around in the second one..even if they aren't involved in it.

Well, I'm still unreasonably excited for this game. Really, the back half of Lords of Shadow became something special. And that demo reminds me of God of War II, a game that has mastered last-gen systems while the new ones are still getting started.

I would recommend watching the cutscenes for Mirror of Fate if you didn't play it. I thought the HD version was pretty cool, but if you didn't like the gameplay you may still enjoy the story. It had some surprisingly effective moments and really highlights how Gabriel has embraced his new outlook on things.

So excited to see how this thing wraps up. I feel like it could go in a dozen different directions.

I really enjoyed the first one and don't quite understand the dislike of it. Also expecting at least a Vinny quicklook of this game, and hopefully more.

(Holy shit! Look at those pages. Soma, the main character from his games, has almost nothing. Juilus, an interesting but relatively minor character, has a pretty sizable page. Surprising!)

It's rare I buy games day one but this one I may do simply because I want them to make more.

Got some people with some decent theatrical chops in there. Which seems like it plays of the melodrama in this game pretty well.

Also, this trailer was kind of dumb. Almost none of those actors are recognizable names to the average consumer with the exceptions of Patrick Stuart and that dude from Game of Thrones, which they probably should have just put on there. So even as the shitty marketing tool it is, I can't see it doing much in the way of getting people ready to go because they know they guy who played Draco's dad is Satan.

I've been waiting for this for months! Feb 28th cannot come fast enough! The whole trilogy has a pretty decent story it seems like, playing though mirror of fate HD at the moment and enjoying it, loved the first one as well.

Story, graphics, sound, acting... all look pretty freaking amazing. AA game?

The amount of verbal diarrhea in that trailer is staggering. That said, I enjoyed the first game well enough and yearn to once more Press Y to Zobek. That said with the PC port being day and date (apparently) with the PS3/360 versions, I am suspicious if there won't be a PS4/XBOne port eventually so I'll probably wait.
