This Latest Deadpool Trailer Is Just Exhausting

I like how if you don't enjoy this trailer then you're just a knee-jerk hipster and/or a cynical jackass.

I live by one rule: if there is a record-scratch in the trailer, I avoid the product at all fucking costs.

Wow and i thought THQ was dead....what too soon?....Saints Row: Dead Pool edition: Lollipop Colector's...JK....This Looks Sweet i'm glad they're doing the TV-MA version of Dead Pool and not the kiddies Teen version...GodofWar: Presents Dead Pool if only....I only hope this means we might get XMEN:Legends 3 or MUA 3, i hate when planned trilogies don't give you the third one....Half Life,MUA, XMEN:Legends...I'm talking to you Activision and Valve...Steams Cool but i want me some more first party stuff from Valve, i can only collect so many hats before i become board! Listening to Nolan North spewing badumb one-liners in an action game that, at the very least, isn't just another gritty epic? Fine by me.

I wouldn't get too upset, it's just the trailer I'm sure the game itself will be better than whatever the PR department have decided to do to try and sell it... so chill people

With as many times as he said "Bang" in that trailer. Playing the game would be like playing MvC3 with a team of 3 of him and just spamming one move over and over again for 4 hours.

Deadpool is suppose to be inappropriate so I guess this game is doing a good job?

I have zero affinity for Dead Pool but I thought the trailer was alright. I'm expecting something along the lines of that Wolverine game, dumb fun.

I dunno looks like High Moon is having a tonne of fun making this to me. They earned my absolute respect with how they treated the TF license so I'm hoping this game is awesome as well.

Eh, it's a trailer, trailers don't represent actual games. ;) I wouldn't be surprised at all if the actual game was far less obnoxious & goofy. (or not) I'm just happy to see Nate & Wade together. :3

I didn't know there was Deadpool game coming. And yeah I don't like the voice they chose. I never thought of Deadpool having a raspy voice.

Do people really find this funny? The humor feels like its for kids but with the amount of blood they were showing i doubt they would get a T rating.

I am re-reading deadpool. This is exactly how he is in the comics except for his whiny serious moments with cable. Not sure who they think deadpool is... He's a trite, bombastic character, but it's funny in the context of the zealotry of most marvel heroes.

I'm no Deadpool expert or anything, but...this wasn't that bad. Sure, the "I <3 DP" sign was a bit much, but everything else seemed Deadpool-ish. Right?

I'm not gonna write it off just yet.

Okay, guys. I'm just going to clear this up.

Nolan North's Deadpool in THIS game is spoken a slightly lower tone of voice than his Deadpool in MvC3. Don't tell us "they got a different voice actor from mvc3" when they are the same, it isn't that hard to recognize. I mean, one of the boxes even sounds exactly like the MvC3 Deadpool for crying out loud.

Plus, yeah this game was going to be overt and stupid. I'm not really sure what sort of high class you expect from Deadpool. Maybe it'll be a trainwreck like DNF, maybe it'll be really stupid fun like Saints Row. Either way, we'll just have to see and find out.

Yeah, i pretty much have to watch all Giant Bomb videos on either Youtube, or Twitch...

Oh god, that was just...awful!

I adore DP, but his insanity is at its best when there's a more serious side to balance it. The guy was never a super nuanced character, but he wasn't always a joke machine, either.

Oh well, I'm not unsold on this game yet. I played through DNF twice, so I have a high tolerance for obnoxious one-liners. If the gameplay is good, I'm happy.

It's the sparing use of fourth wall breaking that makes deadpool fun. If you feel the need to bang it over the viewers head, you're doing it wrong.

Yeah this can be a little over-bearing. It is not helping the new voicing for him not working as well as the Wolverine Vs. Hulk and MvC3 voice as well. Not sure if it is a new actor, but yeah, it doesn't work as well. Also, the jokes are just not very good, and he's not as witty as usual. He's a very driving character who is almost constantly self-aware, but he is not that bad. I feel like they just spammed a Deadpool sound board with this, it also might be the case of it being almost 100% Deadpool might just wear thin no matter what.

Okay the Cable joke made me laugh...

So am I the only person who actually got more interested in this game after seeing the trailer?

I know almost nothing about Deadpool, so that just looked like a bunch of stupid fun. Perhaps I'm the demographic for this game, even though I'm not sold on it.

This sold me! On not buy the game! Nor EVER giving it a chance even if it turns out to be the best game ever made!

I don't think the writing is bad, it's pretty consistent with a lot of the current Deadpool stuff, I just don't think Nolan North fits as Deadpool. I think a lot of it has to do with me not being able to put the fact that that is Nolan North out of my head.

Cable being in this trailer is super rad, though. Cable & Deadpool is one of my favourite comic book series.

I kinda wanna see Nolan North and Troy Baker fight to the death. Completely normal right?

I liked Duke Nukem and even I found this tedious. Also I swear they've changed voice actors between this trailer and the last, either that or they told Nolan North to sound like he was constipated.
