This Latest Deadpool Trailer Is Just Exhausting

That was Nolan North right? I kinda feel bad for him.

Comic book games. Just, don't work. Having any expectation of a game based on a comic book being any good is just plain silly. Aside from Batman, which for some strange reason does well in games, film and tv shows. EXPLAIN THAT ONE!

I was mildly interested in this game when it was first announced. Now... no thanks.

I've never been so turned off by a trailer.

I dont understand the hate, this is the character of deadpool. This is what it sounds like when you're not reading it. I was always lukewarm on Deadpool. I'm not surprised by the writing, sounds about right.

Deadpool USED to be a decent character, and then he became really popular and they started doing shit like the voice in his head.

I'm confused as to why you guys think the voice is wrong. In many ways, Deadpool IS supposed to be obnoxious. The Joe Kelly series isn't really insane at all; at least, not in the way you want his voice to be. And, at this point, having heard so much of Nolan North doing Deadpool (Marvel vs Capcom 3, Hulk Vs,) I'd actually find it weird to go back.

But the writing is totally wrong. These trailers are awful. The game could well be better than the trailers, but I am of little faith.

Looks like this game has the "Duke Nukem" Seal of Approval.

I don't know much about Deadpool, but what I do know is that every word he utters isn't constantly breaking the fourth wall. Comedic timing doesn't seem to be this game's strong suit.

Deadpool is supposed to be insane, not fucking obnoxious. This game seems to have completely missed what makes his personality so endearing.
