I haven't really watched South Park in ages but I really want this game.

This makes me want to go back and watch episodes of when South Park was actually funny

This looks great, I hope its good.

I'm really excited about this. I am super impressed about the idea of gameplay that looks exactly like the show, even if it seems like an obvious idea in retrospect.

The amount of Mr. Slave is weird. It's like they're just trying to be graphic for the sake of showing they can be if they want to.

Even if THQ does go under, this is getting made. I think the industry is smart enough to buy up something written and directed by Trey and Matt personally.

Been dying for this type of RPG for awhile, and the South Park funny on top looks even better. Really excited for this after watching this during the VGA's. I just hope to hell they have an option to turn off all the censorship. Can't stand that shit in any form.

Come on THQ, pull through to release this game. Its looks amazing. I am not a super hardcore south park fan, but if I am at home on a wednesday and remember, I will definitely watch an episode when it comes on. Thank god I didn't buy the last south park game, but GB's QL, it looked pretty blah.

It depends on the situation, but I think censoring makes it more funny. Can't wait for a quick look!

Each their own, but I have never found that to be true in a single instance. As I said, I despise censorship in any form.

@crusader8463: the way the censoring is handled in Arrested Development is FAR funnier than it would be without it.

@Springfart: I'm pretty sure it was only pushed out of the fiscal year and is going to come out in May or June.

Not sure how I feel about this. That trailer makes it look like it's just playing off old South Park jokes instead of making anything funny on its own. That could just be the way the trailer was cut though.

South Park has recently been at its best when it takes on some kind of current even and points out the stupidity of it. This seems to have non of that, but, again, maybe it's just the trailer.

Will there finally be a good southpark game? I have a lot of faith in obsidian. I'm actually surprised this is going to be a full on box retail game too, that's pretty cool.

@triviaman09: I'm pretty sure all the scenes with people fighting each other is gameplay with HUD elements taken out, I could be wrong though.

I'm excited, I just hope they didn't spoil all the good jokes.

From my understanding Matt and Trey has been on this from the start of, so I am very excited for this game.

Every time you see a side view of characters doing something: cartman farting flames for example, that's the gameplay. It more or less is just a turn based rpg.

Recently watched the newer seasons of South Park and was pleasantly surprised to find that its still funny!

I really hope this turns out good.

And I'm pretty sure there are a couple of cuts of side scrolling navigation from a further out camera, too. Looks a bit like Paper Mario to me.

But I'm hoping for the other shots to be cutscenes and/or dialogue scenes in the game, too.
