@mr_shoeless: In the game there is an underground TV show where people are forced into a combination of a sadistic wacky Japanese game show and Running-Man style gladiator competition run by a bizarre lunatic with a cat head called professor genki. The show is the subject of one of the game's activities and possibly a sub plot.
