Such a gorgeous game. I'm glad Ubi are putting their UbiArt engine to use for more things beyond Rayman.

So excited for this game!! Does anyone have any idea what kind of interactions you'll have with NPCs or anything? I'm hoping the game has a Brothers-esque feel to it and keeps dialogue to a minimum.

That is ... a really pretty game.

It's listed at $15 on Steam. I'm more than happy to pay that price for this.

For the night is dark and full of terror.

As a superfan of artistic platformers I can't but purchase this wonderful looking videogame.

Oh, wow, I thought UbiArt was a studio. Hah.

The little spark buddy seems to be optimized for Wii U gamepad controls, which is something that's probably a consequence of Legends being at first a Wii U exclusive, and having its gameplay built around that console. It seems that this game will also be a better experience on Wii U, at least on co-op. That particular aspect of this engine just became naturally optimized for the gamepad it seems.

Also this game looks gorgeous.

I didn't think you could cram so much art onto one screen.

@atwa: $15 out the door (digital). It's also surprisingly cross-buy for PS3/PS4.

There's a physical release being offered across the pond (EU, Middle East, and Africa) that has some other goodies in it (art book, key ring, extra in-game content, etc...) but seems to sadly not contain an actual disk, just a download code. No word on price but I'd put my money on $40. Also no word on plans for an NA release of that physical bundle.

This is seriously one incredible looking game-- one that I have no interest in playing. Though I'll gladly sit through a lengthy QL to see some more of this great art.

Why is the wiki page so barren? This game's coming out soon(ish); we should have more information on there.

Wait, is this a platformer or an RPG?

That's one of the best looking trailers I've seen in a while, awesome.

They said something like all of the dialogue will be in rhyme. Don't remember if it meant there is a narrator or actual talking to NPCs, though (but not zero dialogue like Brothers).

Anyone else getting a slight Aquaria vibe?

That music is still so haunting.

Just what I was thinking. Pretty sure this is an RPG with a turn-based, JRPG combat mechanic which is why I'm interested.

If it's just a platformer then I'm out.

A game that looks this pretty, has music that sounds this good, and has the same battle system as Grandia?

This thing has potential to be great.

I love seeing Ubiart stretch out and do more than Rayman too. I'm not too fond of the art style presented here but it looks gorgeous regardless. According to their site though and the screenshots therein it seems the game has turn-based RPGesque battles? I haven't seen any trailers containing this, or maybe I forget.

Either way I grabbed the Steam pre-order. It looks like a game you can happily play in-between Dark Souls 2 sessions.

@scampbell: Yes, that was my first thought as well. Great music and atmosphere in that game.

Looks like a great game to play with my daughter.
