Marvel Vs. Capcom 1 is pretty much the sum total of every movie theater experience I had as a kid. That game is a total nostalgia trip for me. Although I have no interest in actually buying this, watching the trailer was enough to bring back the good memories.

Wow, this makes that UMvC3: Uncanny Edition DLC rumor seem more likely to be revealed tomorrow.

Look, I love both of these games with all my heart, but when the heck do we get online versions of the Alpha series?

@Bacchus: believe they mention there are legal issues with some of the alpha characters, they mentioned this in reguards to Karin requests for sfxt and sf4

I guess these will be removed from GGPO aswell then. Give us CVS2 online already.

Marvel Superheroes really deserved a good home release, so can't complain with this one. Would prefer to see it released with X-Men: COTA though.

The amount of flashes and strobe lights in this trailer was quite jarring.

Loved playing this on my PS1 all those years back. But fuck Cyber Akuma, man. He was one of the first instances were my emotions took hold and RAGED THE SHIIEETTTTE OUT.

I never played MvC 1 but I did play a lot of Marvel Super Heroes back in the day, this game looks like it would be pretty cool to play with some friends but not to go online and get my ass kicked.

Take Me For a Ride was fine, and weird, but the character select music from MvC actually gets me pumped for some fight'n'!

Glad to see this coming, and I'll buy it, but I would've prefered Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter over vanilla Marvel Super Heroes, I think it's a wholly underrated game in the Vs line.

Capcom needs to stop messing around and release Street Fighter Alpha 3 to XBLA/PSN already. That Capcom had to put these two games together proves that they have no faith in consumer appetite for them. Why would they with MvsC2 and 3 available?

So they're releasing an emulated arcade ROM set to Free Play as a retail package. Honestly, just go download the rom and load up an emulator. It's not that hard... and free. (and knowing companies these days they probably just got a rom off the net and packaged it)

MSH vs. SF was my favorite of the Vs. series. Really disappointed that's not in this package or being rereleased separately.

man this brings back memories about importing Sega Saturn games back in the day. Cost me 150 bucks for Marvel VS Street Fighter. Good times, good times.

Have you ever tried to play fighting games multiplayer on GGPO? its pretty hard to find good matches. This will alleviate that problem.

MvC 1 is my favorite of the series, so i will buy this.

So are they going to take me for a ride on this bundle?
