Posted by PreWarOregon

OH YEAH! Excited to watch this.

Well well what have we here

Posted by EthanielRain

Overlapping conversations aside, this was a solid TNT. Psycho Ryan cracked me up.

Oh no, the Deathmaker is upon us!

You disgust me.

Go on.

Holy shit, that was a super quick turnaround.

Oh I hope this being free to watch isn't a mistake.

Yeah, I know it's on JTV, but that video player man. My browser cries every time.

Man, Brad vs. Ryan was glorious. Great, tense and very exciting matches. I'm certainly going to rewatch these games. I do enjoy XCOM a lot to begin with but I didn't expect the MP to be so much fun, especially just watching the proceedings and screaming at the screen. Fantastic show!

Brad laid the smack down, but Ryan had the last laugh!!!

I'm really not a fan of two games in one TNT. Would much rather have everyone talking about the one thing. Preferably the Turbografx games in this one.

Oh shit, the Lang Zone cometh!

Edited by beard_of_zeus

This is TNT...and this is Chicago! 4 minutes in and this is already great.

EDIT: Alright, excellent TNT, I must say. The XCOM matches were actually pretty exciting! And the way the 1v1 concluded was hilarious. Maybe I'll give the XCOM MP a try at some point, seems fun enough. I booted it up once, but building your team and all the points you have to spend was too intimidating at the time, so I just went back to single-player :)

Wah first match was painful to watch.

BRAD HAS A GOATEE.

Wait. That's not Brad. Has Doom II changed him?!

20 minute quick look for chivalry, feature length quick look for james bond shovelware, someone give Vinnie a charlie horse for me.

#TEAMBRAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dual stream has got to go. Both of the streams looked great but having them split screen devalues both.

The Lang Zone!!

Awesome head to head XCOM!

I'm glad I haven't played the game yet because it all looked fine to me. Watching Jeff play Borderlands 2 after I had run through the game with several characters was bad. I don't like being the person yelling "You're playing it wrong", but for sure he wasn't playing it in a fun way.

You dudes say god damn way too god damn much.

Posted by BasketSnake

"This is Chicago." That's a great game.

This was a great TNT. Awesome they made the archive not premium only too.

Did Dave Lang make a pokemon reference? God bless Dave Lang

My body is ready for the lang zone

Cant understand why the Docs from Bioware would leave the industry. GB could take this op to look at the hundreds of games that are released and no one knows about or continue to show a bunch of old shit that only handful of people hold value. It's fun once in a while but continually going back does not help the industry or developers trying to move it forward.

Posted by fokker23

I will have nightmares of negative Ryan David for weeks!!!

Posted by Phos

This TNT makes me not want to play XCOM.

Posted by Pudge

Man, I REALLY just wanted to watch the PC Engine stream. So bad. Not that I don't enjoy XCOM, but that looked like so much more fun. I know it's ridiculous to do, but if they're not going to focus on one game, they need to have two streams going at once and archive them both.

Posted by LegendaryChopChop

I can't wait for this XCOM craze on the site to go away, I have zero interest in it.

TG-16 though... more of this.

BRING ON THE XCOM

Posted by Cday

that 1v1 was gold

Posted by JJOR64

Awesome TNT.

Posted by Maphia

Consider me pro dual stream. A++++

Posted by DystopiaX

I can't disagree more with Brad about taking the Sniper perk that lets them move and shoot. Squad vision is great, I have a colonel sniper and on most maps he doesn't have to move at all to kill dudes, with a scope he gets 75%+ chance to hit, and he almost always 1 hit kills. With double tap he can usually kill 2 aliens in the same turn and is so far away that he can't be hit by anything. The move and shoot perk is useless because the aim debuff is so bad.

Posted by Whiteycar

itd be interesting to get this in 2 different videos...

Posted by TorMasturba

My back door hole is ready for some lang penetration!

Posted by Peanut

Holy fuck the XCOM stuff was frustrating as shit to watch.

Posted by Labman

God dammit, Jeff! Now I want a friggen TurboGrafx.

Posted by Ricerx

It's crazy to me how bad they are at xcom

Posted by Lazyaza

I think they need to either release 2 archive videos or stop doing duel game stuff. It's ok every now and then but when your all talking over each other and neither game is getting the full focus of the tnt kinda becomes a jumbled inaudible mess.

So happy I continued my sub. TG-16 was my first and only system as a child. Beating my first game, Keith Courage, in the 2nd grade is one of my fondest gaming memories. I really hope Jeff keeps up the TG-16 stuff.

I'm sorry, but this is just too difficult to follow. I understand why you'd want to have multiple games/feeds for TNT, but as others have said it just becomes a jumbled mess.

Posted by pbhawks45

@Phos: You should really play X-COM.

No offense, but man you are quite a rare species of gamer. I hardly knew anyone back then who even knew what a TG-16 was, much less own one. Back then, it was only Sega or Nintendo (and later Sony).
