And this is weird to admit, but the voice cast here has actually tampered my initial cynicism about this game. My interest has been piqued.

I mean, it's not like the specifically show that the characters they're playing aren't Asian or anything.

But yeah, usually 'stunt casting' promos are nauseating in a 'I totally love video gamez omg the story is so deep you guize' kind of way, which they do a little bit here, but it mostly seems like a 'look, we hired people who are good at this job', and considering Sleeping Dogs history, that's actually a really good sign.

This game actually looks good. The driving looks fine, the shooting looks alright, the CQC is basically taken from Batman:AA so that's good and the voice acting seems to be shaping up nicely.

I am so excited to see more of this game which, I'm sad I haven't seen very much when we are like a month away from release or something like that.

After watching the excellent BBC show Sherlock, I cringe every time I see commercials for the one with her starring as Watson. Just.....ugh.......

Honest question -- just because someone is a decent actor, does that mean they will also be a decent video game voice actor? One could think about this question in relation to Emma Stone's involvement in this game.

Interesting cast, I must admit. Nice to see Edison Chen doing...something. Anything.

All that aside...I really want this game to be fun, but I'm pretty sure it won't be very good. Like, at all.
