this might be the first MMO i actually pay for, love me some PSO, only every played PSO whilst it was free on the DC, then locally on the GC, and never bothered with the online on PSU, i actually enjoyed the single player on it, so i never felt the need to fork out for a monthly sub, this looks worth it

that would be PSO EPISODE's 2 and 3, not actual fully fledged sequels, i think im one of the few people in the world who enjoyed episode 3, probably helped i played it Coop with a friend who really dug PSO aswell

Never touched the other games but this has captured my interests.

I have no idea what was going on in half that trailer, but I do know that it looked pretty awesome. This is on my radar now.

YAY PC! As long as they don't ask for a monthly fee and go the Guild Wars style I will certainly be picking this up. PSO on the Dreamcast was my first experience of playing games online, and the first time I got so addicted to playing a game that when I had to go to school I could literally do nothing but think about what I was going to do when I got home and could play it again. My parents had to get a second phone line hooked up, because whenever I was home I was online and it drove them nuts never being able to use the phone.

@Anjon: You're thinking of PSO Episode 2 & Episode 3. They were expansions, not full on sequels.

Looks alright, but if they try to charge a fee for it, they are screwed.

I paused and counted a party of TEN fighting a boss. Fuck yeah. I'm looking forward to "PSYCHO HOMO ACTION!" and customizable breasts.

This game is gonna be great! Even thinking about getting it in japanese!

Any online game that lets you play as a fat person is ok in my book.

I was pretty much addicted to PSO DC and PSO Ver.2.

Seems like they have added some Monster Hunter and modern shooter stuff to this, and some kind of mecha game influences as well. As long as it doesn't get in the way of what made the game good in the first place this should be great.
