Unless This Trailer Is Lying, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Finally Launches Next Week

Playing the beta, I feel like the graphics for the trailers look washed out. The graphics I saw in the beta were far more detailed.

Doesn't look too bad. Animations seem to be very good

I had high hopes for this and a few friends keep saying how awesome is going to be, but after seeing some game footage for myself it looks like its going to be a rubbish 3rd person game, and i really cant stand 3rd person perspective games at all!

@Alex: It's because your tone is usually this way. The way you phrase your sentences often makes you seem like you feel entitled to things. In fact I read the header to the video and knew exactly who wrote it right off the bat.

That nonsense aside, the game looks kind of cool. A lot different from the initial trailers, less futuristic feeling, which is less cool... I hope reviews aren't affected by the weird stigma Ubi gets coupled with the dev time.

I've heard that this game is f**king immense.

Could be a surprise hit.

The question is will this be a three or four star game. The message seems a bit mixed since it would seem that they are going for a more tactical gameplay but this and the hair pullingly terrible Coco promo make it seem more like Call of Duty. Also it seems to have a strange jagginess to it from all the gameplay. I can really put my finger into it, just kind of a feeling you get.

I loved the original look of the game which is shame, it seems like they sat down in a meeting and decided to make it less future and more current with some futuristic gameplay mechanics. Loved previous graw games and rainbow 6 series will watch the quick look and make a decision !

You shouldn't be playing any Ubisoft games on PC at all, what with their criminal DRM still in place. I've been boycotting them since they introduced it. I don't feel comfortable giving them any of my money.

Looks like a wait for price drop kind of game. Which in reality will probably be 40 bucks in 2 weeks anyway.

This is one of those games that I will completely rely on the Quick Look to make my purchase decision. I don't really care about the story (it's going to be pretty stupid no matter what, right?), but I liked the GRAWs and R6 games and could have fun with this...but man, these trailers look just janky enough that I need to watch extended gameplay to see if it's worthwhile. Something just looks 'jagged' about the gameplay I've seen.

Hope it turns out well, though.

I'm excited for the game, but man... That's 2 trailers with awful music for this game. Yowza. Good thing that short prequel film was great though.

I was interested until that dumb fucking song started.

The irony is that Wolverine CAN stop a bullet.

I remember the original trailers for this that were all futiristic and reminiscent of Killzone 3 in a way. That looked pretty new and exciting - I think they should have stayed with that original motif.

It doesn't look great graphically, but I loved both GRAWs and and this looks kind of similar.

Well, it was announced 3 years ago, so it was probably in development for at least 4 years (I guess?)

It's so nice not having to worry about the first post quest. Can't wait for this game. Hope it's as good as the last two. On a side note, I cannot stand Alex' writing style. He seems to think he has to try and be "witty" with every post. Get off of it! There is absolutely no added value with the introduction of "Unless this trailer is lying". Thanks, just venting.
