Maybe it's me, but if someone made a CGI movie using the Frostbite engine ... I think I'd see it. Has to be at least on par with the current gen CGI flicks (I'm looking at you Resident Evil CGI films) If nothing else, Battlefield 3 made Need For Speed better looking

A Michael Bay movie would have a lot more explosions then this.

i really hope EA eventually decides to return to the Underground 2 and Most Wanted style, all their NFS games are linear now, and there's barely any customization

Looks like a cool game though, gotta say. I'll be picking this up along with Assassin's Creed and Saint's Row when they all release, so I can't wait for November 15

I'm a little surprised by everyone; had they not made it clear that Michael Bay made this trailer, I think some of the reactions I'm reading here would be different. Sure, he makes questionable movies, but that trailer got me pumped and I don't even like need for speed or racing games in general. I'm shocked to even have an interest in this game now.

Seeing it that way I'm suddenly a bit more interested. If not for still working my way through batman, and looking forward to skyrim and assassins creed, I might have ended up playing this sometime this year.

I went from having no interest whatsoever in this game at all to wanting to buy it in 2 minutes 19 seconds. What do you know. Michael Bay works.

Wow, Michael Bay, way to make this game suddenly look like the least interesting racing title ever. The Run can look awesome, but this does NOT LOOK AWESOME.

I would have preferred it from the eyes of... Steven Soderbergh.

I like explosions by the bay. That'd make a great documentary name, too.

Clearly when I indicated in the market research survey that "the implication that Michael Bay has or should have any involvement in video games is insulting", it didn't make enough of an impression.

I'm really divided on the look of this game. Sometimes it looks downright gorgeous and other times it looks like something from the last generation. I'm sure it will be fun though.

That was a really cool trailer, but there weren't enough explosions for a true Michael Bay experience. Also, the lack of licensed music - like Aerosmith and Armageddon, or Linkin Park and Transformers. Very close though, EA ;)

21 seconds till paint was traded, 1:06 till the first actual explosion, and about 1:50 before constant stream of BLABLAAAAmmm...

If this is Bay, he's going soft.

We've still got a long way to go, but it's incredible the kind of emotion we're getting out of characters in video games right now. Especially having just finished Uncharted 3.

how repetitive the driving will be? driving is always driving..its always repetitive..its called driving. The avalanche section isn't that bad. Play the demo its in there.

That trailer actually makes the game look really badass.
