While I am excited I'm a little bummed out that we are still doing the same thing after 5. Even in death the story has a Wesker aspect to it and a virus with a letter in front of it.

They employ Super, Ultimate, Turbo, and Hyper of course. Turbo G-Virus, Hyper T-Virus, Super C-Virus Ultimate, etc.

Thou to be honest i would rather of had that as big reveal in the game. But no capcom had to get the wesker lovers in some how.

Very excited personally. Wesker Jr. is a little hokey, sure, but playing as him and his plot line implications could be very cool. I hope he has some different melee mechanic to set him apart and let him play like Wesker fought in 5. And the C Virus is cheezy, but so is Resident Evil. If that turned you off then you should have been turned off by a million things in the series before. See this clown. So yeah, get over it.

It's more the fact that the game takes place in 2013 that makes it so jarring to see a VHS tape in there. I guess that could potentially be from yet another derelict lab of Umbrella's from way back when mind you, but it's still kinda odd.

VHS tape makes sense if the recording is anything older than a few years. Remember DVD recorders were expensive for a while there.

Also, not gonna lie, I kinda marked out when Leon vs Chris happened in that video.

It definitely doesn't sound like Paul Mercier; I've thought as such since RE6's debut trailer. Considering that they also got a different VA to play Leon in ORC as well, it makes me wonder if they've moved on without him.

Ada Wong sounds like she might have a different voice actress as well, instead of Sally Cahill like previous entries.

They're ridiculously story heavy to be sure, but that's the kind of thing that's going to sell a RE game at this point. Showing people all of the crazy plot points beginning from stuff like RE2 even. Also RE6 is meant to be a pretty hefty game too; roughly estimated to take maybe 15-18 hours in total. So there's plenty of stuff in there that they're not showing.
