What Happens In This Halo: Reach Campaign Trailer?

Looking good, but not sure I'm going to nab in come September. ODST didn't appeal to me even with the promise of avatar awards... maybe sweeter avatar awards will sell me on it!

It takes a lot of balls to claim your game is the most anticipated game of 2010. Who knows? I might be really psyched for Madden '11...

Nice trailer, being the sucker I am for Halo, I will eventually pick it up.

It still looks pretty awesome regardless of whether it's the most anticipated game of 2010.

What's crazy to me about this trailer are the number of shots that seem like they were ripped straight out of Avatar. Before James Cameron releases his blue-alien picture, people were complaining how close the material was to the Halo games, with Cameron going so far as to claim that he invented the Space Marines that Halo ripped off in the first place. Now, with some of the shots in the trailer, and it really looks like Halo is ripping off shots from Avatar. It's all come full circle!

My anticipation remains at exactly the same level

Good to see Bungie have enough faith in their own "Most Anticipated Game" that they went for a bunch of MW2 clichés in this trailer :/.

Great music.

A rental for me. I don't think i will enjoy the new class based, body hopping combat to be honest. I will enjoy it even less if it has tacked on tactical elements to create an artificial sense of trial and error dificulty.
 
I refuse to pay for x-box live (cos I aint an idiot) so the multiplayer is moot to me. I aint interested in deathmatch anyways.
 
It probably is the most anticipated game of 2010. There are millions of "Halo Jesus" fanboys out there. Accept it guys. Halo is here to stay. For at least  1 more sequel.

Still interested in some Reach single player.  Not buying it thoe.  No way! Not after 3 and ODST.  Reach is getting rented.

Makes me wish my 360 was working. Looks to be the best one yet. And I'd love some explanation on what these "Modern Warfare 2 cliches" were. If you mean the more cinematic feel, MW2 was hardly the forerunner in pioneering that style of game. Try harder.

Not for me... I've read the novel, and I cant see this game matching it.

Trailer's music is amazing. Not sure the game will be that amazing though but the trailer has me interested in the story.

Looks great cant wait for it, mainly for the campaign but multiplayer and firefight will be awesome too.

So, halo reach.....Do they have tooth brushes?

Looks good. Maybe I will pick it up.

This looks like Modern Warfare 2 SOOOOOOO much

Call me a fan boy, but I played Reach beta, from the day it opened till the day it shut down.  I was amazed, it blew 3 outta the water, and left me craving more.  I cannot wait for the full release of this game.  Starcraft 2 holds little appeal for me, played the 7 hour *demo* and it's just like i was playing a pretty'd up expansion of Starcraft 1..  didn't feel all that innovative to me, so my anticipation is far higher for Reach.

I'm way more excited for this than anything else that's coming out or came out this year. Everything about it just looks so damn good. The campaign, the multiplayer, the new Forge, every aspect of this game just amazes me to no end.  GET HYPE!

To be honest, this trailer makes me even LESS excited.  It just looks too clichéd/generic, and the "most anticipated game" and "remember Reach" lines really don't help.

Looks cool. I shall rent it.

Fallout New Vegas is the most anticipated game of 10 for me.
