What is up with the recent trend of super-laid back adverts for super violent games? Gears 1 and 2 had it as well.

That song goes rather morbidly well with the video.

World in Conflict looks as impressive as ever.

World in Conflict is probably my favorite RTS of recent memory.

I love these morbid trailers.

I'm gonna get this for sure,i can't get enough RTS action. Now what i really want is the new CoH expansion.

I really like the 1980's setting. The cold war becoming hot is for some reason an unexploited resource. There are a billion WWII game, but not many cold war games. It would be awesome IMO if they would make Call of Duty: Cold War Warfare or Battlefied 1982 or something like that.

Swayin' to the symphony...Of Destruction! Dun Dun, Dun! Sorry couldn't resist, the story tag made me do it!

World in Conflict is just one of those games my PC loves to play.

It's odd how they base a trailer for a new game, on all the tactical aids most people know of, excpet the new incendiary bomb....that didn't look like a Fuel Air bomb or Napalm. Still, they're all awesome anyway.

Fun... but didn't tell me anything I didn't know from playing the first one.

Very nice looking. I'll have to give this one a go sometime.

It looks good, but is there any news on the console version of World in Conflict or was it canned?

Liked the original, this looks interesting.

World in Conflict always had some fantastic trailers, plus the actual game is pretty good.

Anyone who owns the original may want to wait before purchasing, this may be more of a remake than an expansion.

@Contra: The incindiary bomb is new, it's not the fuel air bomb (I assume it's WP). Maybe it'll have something else new.

Retail version of Soviet Assault will include the original World in Conflict, I'm pretty sure.

Soviet Assault should be able to be purchased digitally for those who already have the original.

The first game was beast...
This looks better.

I really dig the game and music!

Awesome trailer. The song goes all to well with the footage.

I never played the first one, but this seems a lot like Red Alert, and I do like that.

The graphics in this game look amazing.

MI-BA-BLA-BA-SPLOSIONS!!!

This reminded me why world in conflict is awesome.

ReTarDedFisHy loved the original, it was really something fresh and new!
Hopefully Soviet Assault can also bring in some fresh material as well.
On the video, the music was amazing. <3

Totally reminds me of Battlefield: Bad Company. As in the music and how this trailer was presented, the laid back nature of it.

Posted by RHCPfan24

Yeah this is a Bad Company type of vibe. I will look forward to this one.

Like a guy above me, I thought that this was gonna have Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth.  I was pumped to hear that song but I didn't get it.

Edited by GamerGeek360

That was actually a great trailer for that game.

Posted by SinGulaR

I don't know why, but his trailer somehow makes me sad.

Posted by erinfizz

@zombiepie console versions canceled. see here.

Can anybody tell me the name of that song?  I love it, but I can't find the name anywhere.

The song is the "Koop Island Blues" by DJ Ravin.

A masterpiece!
