Viva Piñata Review
It's sad to say it, but this game is addicting as hell. However, that's coming from a person who's played a lot of Sims games.
Viva Piñata is basically a simulation game based off of what I think is some kind of cartoon. You take care of a garden and try to attract many forms of animal-like piñatas. At the same time, you must keep track of how much space you have in your garden and what type of things you need in it. While this is going on, evil piñata creatures invade your garden and can cause sickness(or/and death) to your thriving piñata habitat.
In some moments of the game, some weird piñata killer guy(haven't played in a while, can't remember what they called him) will come out and try to cause harm to your piñatas. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable.
Unlike the evil piñata this guy will not stop to harm your piñatas.
Raising population and getting many different species of piñatas will help you get upgrades for the garden and your shovel(you have to buy upgrades for the grass and water).
This is a great example of a game to play when bored or when waiting for something to be released. For me, the gameplay never really got repetitive, and I think I should get back to playing the game again.
