    Overview

    Just as the name indicates, these Silent Hill 4 humanoid monsters are attached to the wall by the waist. They can sink back into the walls they're blended to and will be perfectly camouflaged until the moment they attack by swinging their powerful arms at their victims.
    The Wallmen are extensions of Walter's imprisonment in the Water Prison, where the staff would watch him through the walls.
