    WarDevil was announced in 2005, it's now nearing the end of 2009 and we have yet to see any gameplay, but the developer insists the game hasn't been canceled. How does this game still exist?
     
    Also, according to Ignition Entertainment's website, WarDevil is "Coming Soon".

    Duke Nukem Forever went into production in 1997 or something, and wasnt confirmed canceled until sometime last year....so yeah, this isnt ever surprising.
