I bought the Dawn of War II pack on Steam based solely on the Quick Look video from Giant Bomb.  The guys did an impressive job on selling the fun aspects of that game.  I agree with Vinny, I like the direction they are taking RTS games by including some RPG elements.

I certainly appreciated the RPG elements and the focus on squad combat rather than base building and rushes and turtles ect. Still not completed DoW II, had forgoten about it  completely actually. I may go back to it whilst I wait on my copy of SC2.

I still need to finish the Dawn of War II campaign but from everything I did play the game did some rather original things and was generally very enjoyable.
