There were pre order bonuses in the form of sets for certain chapters. They are full sets and can't be edited, mostly consist of exesting pieces but also have some pieces unique to them. Steam preorders got the Blood Raven, Gamestop had the Templar + some chaos faction.

Sounds like an Iron Warriors armour set to me.

for some reason all the retail copies of spess mahreen in Hong Kong have all 4 preorder bonus code with them

I wasn't big on the traitor legions pack so I gave that to a friend

don't know if he redeemed that or not but you can always try :o
