Wario Land: Shake It!

Hop on platforms, solve puzzles, collect treasure, and beat baddies in the Wario Land series' first console iteration.

Objects

Blocks

Used in puzzle games to be broken, moved, or matched by color, shape and size. Also used in many early 3D polygonal games. Not to be confused with Squares or Cubes.
Bomb

A bomb is an explosive device.
Bone

Object used to make up a skeleton or skeletal frame.
Boulder

A large rock that sometimes falls from the sky.
Cage

Cages are often used to house prisoners or animals. Other cages are used to confine combatants.
Cannon

The Original artillery, and first naval weapon. Cannon's fire massive Iron cannon balls using gun powder and a match to set off the charge in the barrel send the ball at the enemy.
Cheese

A delicious substance that makes even the most cold-hearted person cry out, "Yum!"
Coin

Coins have long been used in video games as both a form of currency and as a means of accruing points.
Conveyor Belt

A moving belt that transports objects (and player characters and non-player characters) from one place to another.
Diamond

A hard native crystalline carbon valued as a gem.
Facial Hair

Facial hair consists of anything from a mustache to sideburns. Facial hair has been a close friend of gaming from the beginning.
Fart

Gas or wind passed through the rectum. Famous fartists include Gon and Wario.
Flowers

They look pretty and some of them smell. In some games, you even have to collect them.
Fossil

The preserved remains from a once living organism.
Garlic

Garlic is used primarily to fend off vampires. In Wario's case, he just likes it.
Moneybag

A bag used for holding money.
Mustache

The manliest type of facial hair.
Palm Tree

A tropical tree. Recognizable by its tall stem and evergreen top.
Pirate Ship

This be a ship owned by pirate scum, usually with skull 'n' crossbones flags and cannons. Arrrrrgh!
Platform

It gives meaning to gravity in 2 dimensions. There is no other object which so defines Games as separate from every other pursuit. Where else does one encounter a platform but from the bounds of a video screen? ...except for delivery men.
Sand

Sand is a fine, granular material composed mainly of rock and mineral, primarily silica. Sand is the primary environment of many games with settings that include deserts, beaches, and the ocean floor, among many others.
Spikes

Spikes are dangerous and often deadly obstacles that can line the floor, walls, or ceiling of any given room or passageway. The playable character is usually asked to circumnavigate these obstacles or suffer loss of life.
Street Sign

Typically used to give information to road users. Exist in a huge variety dependent on country and time period.
Submarine

Underwater Vessel that first appeared in the late 1800's.
Switch

Usually a Button, lever, or computerized scanner used to open, close, power on, turn on, or unlock something. Found common in most games that involve puzzle solving as well as shooters.
Thorns

Sharp-pointed growths on a branch or a stem that protects the plant from herbivores.
Torpedo

A self-propelled explosive projectile, that is launched above or below the water surface toward a target, and is designed to detonate on contact or in proximity to its target. Commonly used in naval warfare.
Train

A train is a series of connected vehicles that move along a single or double railed track.
Unicycle

It's like a bicycle, but has half the wheels. It takes a considerable amount of balance to successfully ride it.
Viking Helmet

Either the Hollywood variant or the authentic helmets the norse Vikings used to wear.
