If I wanted to play multiplayer for this game, would I need to pick up an extra motion+ add on? Sorry if this has been asked before.

I imagine so. I mean, the whole single-player component of the game is centered around that add-on, so I imagine the multiplayer will be no different.

Yes, and it seems odd that they would sell the game with only one attachment when multiplayer is such an important aspect. Well, i suppose thats big buisness.

It depends on the game whether you need another one. Some of them alternate players instead of having them play simultaneously, so I've heard you could just swap the add-on.

They do that to make us spend more money on add-ons. And if Nintendo can earn more money by doing this (and they will no doubt), then they'll do it.

It sucks, but that's just what businesses, like Nintendo, need to do in order make money to stay in business.

Damn, looks like I'll be holding off on purchasing it then. Thanks for the quick answers.
