THIS IS CRAZY.

They don't restrict the purchases based on IP like any other online service, but rather have applied this rule across every country in the EU, despite only Germany having this law.

Nintendo clearly have no idea what the hell is going on.

If I was Ubi, I'd be super pissed seeing as their two biggest titles (AC3 and ZombiU) will likely suffer from lessened sales as people just won't find them in the store during the daytime.

Madness. Utter madness.

Nothing I have heard about the Wii U have been good. I don't care much because I am not buying one anyway. They might as well not sell any games for it. It honestly feels like the Wii U is the Dreamcast, except the Dreamcast had good games. It will die as soon as the new consoles are released.
