Launch Day Plans! I'm going to hell and it's Nintendo's fault.

Not really.

What are you plans for launch day?

I actually play drums for a church so about half way through the service before the sermon I'm just going to leave and pick it up at Gamestop and go home. Go into work about 1:00 and leave at 5:00 and go home enjoy it.

I'm getting Mario, Sonic Racers (it was cheap and I had credit to burn through), and ZombiU.

I kinda get the feeling your plan of just going and getting it isn't gonna go so smoothly. Especially at Gamestop.

I shall be sitting at home not playing on the WiiU I havent ordered. Buying consoles at launch makes me nervous.

I'm not getting one for awhile. There's nothing in that launch that interests me, except for Scribblenauts. I will just pick up Scribblenauts on my PC though.

I have not purchased and will not purchase a Wii U. So, my "launch day" plans are to finish up Darksiders 2 on the 360 and take the occasional break to watch the GB crew play some Wii U.

Might check out some of giantbombs coverage. Other than that I have zero interest in the WiiU. Hopefully some good games come out for it so that can change.

I waited 2 years to get a PS3, right when uncharted got trophy support, never regretted it, the best way to get one.

On the contrary, unlike Red Steel, it sounds like ZombiU -works-; it just doesn't appear to provide compelling or clear gameplay, perhaps thanks to an uncertainty over whether it wanted to be a survival horror rogue-like or a zombie action game.

I will probably not bother picking mine up until Monday because LOL it's a fuckin' Wii U.

Gonna watch the livestream tomorrow and decide what game to buy with it.

I'm gonna go to work, then go home and keep working. Then I'll repeat that process till about half-way through December and then I can relax for a couple days. I'll get a Wii U after I've had time to play all the other billion games I got this season.

Got one delivered today, it's pretty awesome, then tomorrow I'm getting the other one I preordered, and hopefully picking up Mario, ZombiU, and Scribblenauts. For some odd reason I didn't find it necessary to preorder games, just two WiiUs...
