According to IGN (via Gametrailers) Reggie Fils-Aime said footage of the Wii U running 3rd party titles was actually taken from 360 and PS3 footage. When asked if Wii U games would look comparable he basically said "Absolutely" and then clarified by saying it would be up to individual developers.
Honestly, I see his point about the console being over a year from launch- but it is hilarious for those yesterday saying both "It looks way better than 360/PS3!" or "It doesn't look as good!"
