From what I've seen and read, yes.

I can attest from my time with Tiger Woods 10 that the Motion Plus adapter does what it's advertised to do.  There really is a difference, and from what I've seen of Wii Sports Resort, that game makes excellent use of it as well.

Sure it will. It does its job in Tiger Woods and whatever the hell that EA tennis game is, I don't see why it would fail for a Nintendo property.

Sure looked good at E3, so im going to say yes. 

From all the hands-on impressions, and a lot of import talk, yeah, it works. Perhaps you've missed threads about it like this and this.

If 3rd party developers can make it work, of course Nintendo will succeed.

From playing Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 -- I have full confidence in the Wii MotionPlus and all it can do, its a great device if well implemented, I cannot say the same about Virtua Tennis though.
