Although, I really don't care about review scores, I wonder why they gave it that score? It's not a bad score, it's still a bit strange.

The Nintendo Wii is a home video game console released on November 19, 2006. The Wii's main selling point was the innovative use of motion controls that its signature Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers allowed for. It became the best selling home console of its respective generation of hardware.
Famitsu Fragile review score
"Famitsu gave Nintendogs a perfect 40/40. I don't trust any of their reviews."Nintendogs got superb/great reviews from many sites and publications.
And i can't wait for this game.
"Famitsu gave Nintendogs a perfect 40/40. I don't trust any of their reviews."
Why does everyone bash famitsu? Lots of reputable sites gave nintendogs more than good scores. The other people use, Blue Dragon, is actually a damn good game if you don't mind the fact that it's so freaking japanese in every sense of the word
As for Fragile, I don't know. Is it suppose to be a horror game or what exactly?
"Arkthemaniac said:I can hope."Bring it to the states!!!"It's very, very unlikely."
"Arkthemaniac said:That's what makes it good! It doesn't have all the bullshit associated with the other ones!"Icemael said:Yet it isn't a "real" JRPG.""Arkthemaniac said:I can hope."Bring it to the states!!!"It's very, very unlikely."This is the only JRPG I've ever wanted to play. Ever.
"Why does everyone bash famitsu?"Because their review scores are meaningless and the small amount of text that they use to justify the scores is laughably basic?
My favorite Famisu review example is Medal of Honor: Rising Sun for PS2, which pulled in a 34/40.
"Isn't the game about walking around and waving your flashlight at stuff? Honestly I have no idea what the gameplay is like but the whole concept still interests me.The game is about exploration mostly. Just look at some gameplay videos and research it.How is it like a RPG at all?"
"Seto wanders the world, searching for survivors and the answers behind the disappearance of everyone else. Seto also searches for a mysterious girl named "Ren." In his quest he must deal with ghosts and demons that lurk within the ruins of the abandoned cities. Despite this, the producer of the game insists that Fragile is not a survival horror in the same vein as Silent Hill, rather it will focus on "human drama".
The world of Fragile will be filled with objects, sketches and short stories for the player to examine. Each artifact holds the memories of its former owner, and offers back story and hints to the player.
The Wii Remote is used as an aid in exploration. Seto has access to a flashlight, controlled by the Wii Remote, to illuminate his surroundings as well to solve puzzles and interact with the environment. The flashlight is also used to uncover hidden enemies and can act as a weapon against them. Seto also has access to a metal detector that the player can use to find various items hidden on the ground, as well as a microphone that picks up sounds through the mini speaker. Hidden enemies can be detected this way by picking up their sounds.
Some of the objects the player finds can be used as weapons; these include a stick, a bow, a crowbar, and a small hatchet.
Yes, let's trust Famitsu. These are the guys that used to be highly respected...
...and then they gave White Knight Chronicles a 29/40...
...but gave Haze a 34/40. -_-
As for all the people that want to complain about them giving Nintendogs a perfect score...the game deserved it. It was very well made, and it did EXACTLY what it was supposed to do.Please Log In to post.
