The Nintendo Wii is a home video game console released on November 19, 2006. The Wii's main selling point was the innovative use of motion controls that its signature Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers allowed for. It became the best selling home console of its respective generation of hardware.
Graphically, the game looks superb. Stylistically, it looks superb. The guns also seem to give a ton of kick to the zombies, which Umbrella Chronicles lacked severely. Also, the quote right before the end of the trailer is priceless.
Wii discussions grow thin on mainstream sites, they'll grow better when/if they cover Wii better and when/if the other console fanboys spend more time playing games and less time bashing Wii owners in forum discussions :P Otherwise we don't have much fun thus we get inactive on forums. Personally, I wasn't here much lately because I was busy with Fallout 3 PC :P
I'm super psyched forthis game. I agree with Al3xand3r though, the Wii doesn't get much coverage from the Bomb staff, it just isn't populated with the types of games they like I guess. They'll review the high profile games I'm sure, but don't expect a Kizuna or Demon Blade review on the site. I doubt they'll even review this, but it does look super sweet.
Looking foreward to this one, there is nothing more relaxing than a shotgun and rotten flesh. I agree that the weapons in RE where underpowered when you first get them but if you upgrade them they pack one hell of a push, the weapon upgrading made the game last 13 hours for me. (in RE umbrella chronicles you upgrade your weapons with stars that you get by finishing a level with high hit rates, number of object that you managed to destroy, secrets found ect...)
Endogene, preorder Left 4 Dead and play the demo. Best. Zombie. Game. Ever. Tops Dead Rising by far. Best. Coop. Game. Ever. Too. Maybe. I had high hopes for it but I didn't expect it quite as good as it is. I can see why Valve call it their best game yet now.
