I just realized: this may be the first time I've ever been excited about Summer video games in February. Craziness!

It's about time someone besides Microsoft realised you're allowed to release games in the summer.

Yeah, it should be a good year. Except on the VC. seriously, I wish they would start supporting that service more again

Well, of those, only one of them interests me. That's like 2 big games, and that's it. It's not that crazy. And dude, just for the record, either Mario or Metroid will be pushed back until fall, mark my words. This news does seem to further support the claim that the new Zelda will come out in the fall of this year, but Nintendo would be foolish to place it on the frontlines alone this holiday season. If they want to pack a punch against the onslaught we're sure to see from Microsoft and Sony, then it'd be wise to have at least 2 heavy hitters come out shortly before Christmas.

Damn it. Galaxy 2 comes out a week after Alan Wake. It's going to be a hard decision. I haven't heard of Sin and Punishment before though, it looks pretty kickass.

Definately excited for Galaxy 2, after playing the first Galaxy, I was just hoping for more levels.

So it looks like Nintendo games will dominate the purchases I make in the middle of the year.

Other M is the only one I know I'll get. Never payed more than 20 minutes of the original Mario Galaxy. Wasn't too hooked though. I'm really enjoying Bowser's Inside Story at the moment though.

I can't wait for Sin and Punishment 2. I played a bit of the import version and it was mindblowing. Other M looks awesome as well.  
 
I was really surprised to hear Nintendo is publishing Dragon Quest IX. If someone can make that game sell in the West, it's definitely Nintendo.

Metroid Other M coming out on my birthday. Psyched!
Need to pick up the trilogy sometime as well.

As exciting as all this is, it just makes me more excited for E3. That's a bunch of games that won't be taking up time at Nintendo's press conference. We know that they're going to be showing Zelda and there will probably be vitality censor talk, but what else? Presumably stuff that we have never even heard of. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I think Metroid Other M will do better than SMG 2.  I've already had my share of galaxy Mario...it would be nice if we could get something new like a sequel to SMS or SM64.
