It seems a little ridiculous to me that there is a space for PSN IDs and XBl gamertags, but nothing for friend codes. I know GiantBomb isn't all that friendly to Nintendo owners these days, but would you please give owners a space to put their numbers?

I assume you mean the code for the system itself? It would get a bit unwieldy if they allowed you to enter your friend code for every single game you have, but if it was just the one that would probably be fine.

But dude, it's for security. Nintendo wants to protect you, why are you reversing this process?

Considering you actually need to exchange codes with someone for it to mean anything (and that most games have their own codes), just having a slot to put your console code in doesn't really make any part of that process easier. I've got a better idea about how to handle that stuff, but it's not at the top of our list right now. Thanks."
