MSX Metal Gear 1 & 2 Virtual Console Bound

A bunch of Konami MSX titles are on the way to the Virtual Console in Japan.

Konami have so far announced the following 13 titles:

Metal Gear
Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake
Contra
Parodius
Gradius 2
Salamander
Yie Ar Kung-Fu II
Space Monbo
Road Fighter
Penguin Adventure
Quarth
Knightmare (Majo Densetsu)
Gofer no Yabo Epiode II

Konami have given no specific dates so far.

I want that first six bad, especially Parodius which is the first ever. I love my cutesy shooters. Anyway, where's a decent Hanabi festival when you need one...

Wow. That's actualy pretty serious news. The MSX Metal Gear games are fantastic from what I've played of them.
