History
In the early 80's Windmill Software was a game development company that created games for the IBM PC. The companies programmers had a strong underlying knowledge of the hardware, and many of their games implemented that knowledge to produce enhanced colors and sound.
Windmill Software is based in Canada and is run by Jo-Anne Kempe. Although they no longer publish games, they now specialize in software for maintenance management for senior living communities.
Between 1983 and 1984 Windmill published at least six games: Moonbugs, The Exterminator, Styx, Digger, Conquest and Rollo and the Brush Brothers, also Floppy Frenzy and Video Trek 88.
