    Overview

    Wings of Vi is a 2D action-platformer for the PC format developed by Danish Indie developer Grynsoft. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where the lord of the underworld, Jeh'oul, has escaped from his captivity. The angel Vi must enter the demon lair to stop him.

    Wings of Vi was inspired by a fangame produced by the same developers: I Wanna Be the Boshy, a reference/meme-heavy version of the notorious masocore platformer I Wanna Be the Guy. While Wings of Vi isn't quite as difficult - it has numerous difficulty modes that provide fewer checkpoints on higher difficulties - the gameplay is reminiscent.
