    Cataclysm is the third expansion pack to World of Warcraft. This expansion revamped and changed much of the original world content in addition to providing new areas, dungeons, and playable races.

    Can someone confirm if this beta invite is legitimate?

    It's obviously fake. "battle.net-suppor-cataclysmbeta-beta.com " obviously isn't a real Blizzard URL.

    Yeah its a fake, avoid clicking any links in it, as they probably lead to sites with viruses.

    You can go into battle.net and opt into the beta, that part is true but don't follow that link.

    I like to be certain before I condemn a sender to reporting. Like, I said, I was pretty sure it was fake but just in case I wanted to know. For sure. Thanks guys.

    Yeah I think now they won't send an email. Just look in your battle.net account and see if you're invited.

    You just have to go on your battle net account and check if Cataclysm is there. Regardless though. Just look at the URL and you can see it is obviously fake.

    Agreed method of checking against fake shit: Log onto your actual battle.net account and see if you have any confirmed beta downloads there.
     
    Also, Blizzard always spell their own products with capital letters.

    They couldn't even be arsed to capitalise World of Warcraft...
