I am a level 45 Blood Elf rogue and need a place to quest to 50. Where should I go?

Tanaris should be about your level, Thousand Needles if thats too hard.

I just did Thousand Needles and headed to Tanaris. Thank you :)

It's been a loooooooooooooong time since I played WoW, but I seem to remember Tanaris being a huge bag of assholes the last time I visited that bug-infested shithole. Good luck, brother.

You can just always visit the board in the major cities and it gives you a quest to go to a zone.

I did Tanaris to 50 and now its telling me to go to Un'goro Crater. 
 
I must say that 1k Needles really surprised me on how much it had changed.  Tanaris is also pretty wild.
