    If I buy WoW along with the expansions and install them on one computer, could I install them on another computer using the same account for free? I would think they would all be tied to the account.

    Yep, it should work fine on multiple computers.

    yeah I have it on all my computers and I can play on all my friends computers with my account

    Once you have a Battle.net account, you can install every WoW client on any computer as many times as you want.
