I just quit WoW because I was getting sick of the content and am now waiting for the new expansion to come out. I played an Enhanced Tauren Shaman.
Any one else getting back on the wagon? What are you looking forward too?
World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

Travel to the arctic continent of Northrend in Blizzard's second expansion to the most popular MMORPG ever made.
World Of Warcraft: WOTLK
Well my subscription just ended so I don't want to give them money when I am not enjoying the content lol. So I will probably renew it when the expansion comes out (Winter?). I am so sick of Kara, Dailies, and intances. I want some new quests and locations. The Death Knight stuff is kinda cool so I want to try that and the Flying mount combat seems interesting.
I quit years ago after I hit 60, and I never played Burning Crusades. But with WotLK coming out soon, I didn't really want to be too far behind, so I started up my character again a couple of weeks ago (am 66 now). I'm just amazed about how WoW has changed since BC, and I'm looking forward to trying out WotLK.
PS. My First Post!
My friends went back to playing again a few months ago and thus far I have resisted. It's honestly a decently fun game if you have a group of good people you like playing with, but as soon as that ends, it has so little to offer. And the new expack doesn't look as good as BC was to me, so far. The 10-man raid instances is a step in the right direction, though.
That said, WOTLK vs. WAR.... I think WAR is going to be the better choice.
I agree with Patch, if you have a group of friends to play with it's a much better experience. If you're left by yourself, it's not that fun anymore. I personally only played the trail version of WoW and have no intention of going back to play it... I have too many games I want to play now and I can't stick to just one game.

I can't really dedicate myself to an old time-sink clunker like WoW when I have SC4, MGS4, Metroid Prime 3, soon Fallout3 and LBP... maybe even WAR.
My friends are trying to tempt me back by promising me some bear mount they can get in a dungeon that was added since I quit a while back. They know my one true weakness: Making my Belf as awesomely, rainbow-huggingly gay as humanly possible! :{

They know my one true weakness: Making my Belf as awesomely, rainbow-huggingly gay as humanly possible! :{"LOL. Don't give in! >_< It's the same thing for these other games coming out. Spore, I'd like to try it, but there's no way I want to get sucked in to playing it with so many other games coming out.
The only way I could see myself getting into an MMO for a long period of time is if 1) I caught up on all the games I have yet to play so far and 2) if we suddenly hit a dry spell and good games don't come out for months. I don't see number 2 happening anytime soon.
