So i was thinking of getting back to WoW after a while. What i wanted to know from you guys is what european server you suggest i choose, and if you know some kind of nice guild / community there. Please post only if you have something relevant / useful to say.
 
PS: i am probably going Horde this time around as i will roll with a brand new character.

I meet a lot of great people on the Defias brotherhood server so that is my recommendation.  While we are on the topic of "going back to wow" I tried that a few months ago and I just did not enjoy it as much as I did before I took a break. It was probable because  my friends which I had leveled with from 1-70 with were not playing it anymore. So If you were playing it with some friends before you quit you are probable going to have a hard time going through it alone.

Most servers have a ton of large social guilds with people leveling and running instances. Pick a server with medium or higher population and you won't have any problem getting groups and friends. 

Guess ill check the defias brotherhood server when i get back, if i actually do. But i think i will, now that STO turned out to be plain bad.

Stormscale, very comfortably  populated but also very competitive especially if you wish to PvP.

i hope you're right Magresda, WoW has the biggest MMO population and its always nice to hear its easy to get a grp, since none of my friends is playing

yeah European. The best PvP players in Europe... even the world are there.i.e. Hydra, Flyn etc.

nice to see that in my second day with the game my account got hacked. now i have to wait for god knows how long! this blizzard authenticator shit is really annoying. 
PS: never bought gold in my life or anything like that

anyone wanna guess how long it will take for blizzard to respond?

Blackrock, It's a US server but is also considered an unofficial Aussie server
Horde side is very good,
I'm not playing atm but I know my friend is running pugs that are downing pretty much all of the new content.

Your better off calling and being on hold for 20 minutes and having them fix your problem right away.

I would recommend formatting your computer.  If you got hacked two days after starting an account that is suspicious.  Better safe then sorry.

seeing that my account problem was solved real quick, i would like some server proposals. whats the best server to start playing (as Horde) ?

I see Xavius and Darkspear being named as for 'New Players'. I dont really know what to choose. i need a server with kinda high population that does pvp., and not everybody is lvl 80, since ive been playing from lvl. 1.  any suggestions?

Run some anti-spyware soft to prevent such an issues in future. Also, from my experience it might take days(maybe weeks), to get this kind of problem sorted. You should call, they are very helpfull over there.
