For me it has to be BioShock. I also heard the Darkness had a really good story but I have yet to play it. So yeah, which games have your favorite stories on the 360?

Gears of War.

Gears had an alright story, but they still need to answer some questions in the second one, and I really want to play Lost Odyssey!

Mass Effect easily, in my opinion.

So many great twists, and a brilliant ending.

Basically it all comes down to the fact that there are so many great stories on the 360. They're just different. If someone likes a sad story, they play Lost Odyssey. If someone likes a mystery story, they play condemned 2. And if you like a bunch of 2 Dimensional line backers swearing and killing things, then Gears of War is a good story.

I have to agree with Bioshock. Definitely the best narrative in any game I've played in the last year or so. I loved the whole originality associated with it, and how it tied in with the world itself.

Bioshock.  But Mass Effect, GTA IV, and The Orange Box all have good stories too.

I think that Bioshock has the best story without a doubt. I even think it might be the best video game story I've ever experienced.

Would you kindly say Bioshock?

For me it's a toss up between Bioshock and Mass Effect.  Two very different game styles that both manage to draw the player in, and tell an absolutely amazing story.

If we can count XBox originals, then I'll add Psychonauts and Indigo Prophecy to the list, as they're both great for different reasons.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the Half Life series story line.  I found myself quite engaged with the story and eager for the next one.

Bioshock for me.  My eyes started to water towards the end.

Bioshock, HL2, and Mass Effect all had a great storyline.

Gears is a game that i love, but the story was not good. Mass Effect and the Half Life portion of The Orange Box have phenomenal stories.

Bioshock has my vote as well. I'd also like to give props to Oblivion. Some of the guild stories were really great. The Dark Brotherhood was one of the most enjoyable story lines I've played in a long time.

BioShock for sure!  And I have yet to beat Lost Odyssey, but it could turn out well.

I forgot about GTA...that game's story kicked ass! But I havent played Half Life :(

I have to say two. Both Half-life and Mass Effect were great.
