being in the uk kinda sucks , as we dont get half as much xbox live goodness as you americans out there , so basically if i were to somehow get hold of some US microsoft points , would it be possible for me to use my american account here in the uk to buy some american exclusive themes and gamer pics , obviously not movies as i know that cant happen , but i would love to buy some themes and gamerpics from over the big pond , any advice and is this possible to do

I wish I could help you, but really all I can say is save your money and time, because avatars will be taking over, and your themes will go to waste. I'm a pic/ theme whore myself, so I feel your pain not being able to download. 

well as much as im into avatars im still into gamerpics and there still be prominent enough for me to bother buying them like the fool i am lol ,

I don't think that's possible. But it doesn't really matter. Gamerpics and themes are a waste of money anyway.

It might turn out a little cheaper, but the game you download may also be region locked
