You may have to make a phonecall to MS to get it removed depending on the state you live in, but trust me, you do not want to become one of the victims of hackers, CC fraud *and* your Live account (also counts for your WinPhone 7 use if you have one of those) taking three weeks to be returned to you - unless you file a complaint with the BBB in which case MS will get off their feet and help you out personally..
