I would if they shipped to Canada. Or the Canadian online store allowed you to order it like the American one does.
Yeah, the Canadian Microsoft store is pretty pathetic. The most recent release they sell is Gears 3. I wanted to take advantage of the DC3 for $15 sale today on their site, but couldn't.
Ended up grabbing it from Amazon.com instead, which still ended up being quite a bit cheaper than buying locally, even factoring in shipping to Canada.
A bunch of places have Forza on sale up here this weekend. It's not as good a deal as $15, but still well worth what they're offering for such a great game. I got the CE on launch day, and it's been worth every penny. Best racing game this year by far (and that's coming from a Criterion fanboy).

I spent most of my day yesterday trying to find an American site that had cheap Canadian shipping so I could partake in some sales. Couldn't find anything cheap enough where I felt like I was still getting a deal. I just stuck with the digital stuff for now and I'll wait till Boxing day for the physical stuff.
@Lukeweizer: I grabbed Dance Central 3 from Amazon.com yesterday. With Canadian shipping, it came out to $37, which is almost $20 less than what I would pay up here after taxes, plus they seem to still be offering the two extra pre-order songs, which is another $6 or so in value, so I felt like I was getting a deal, especially considering I was literally planning on stopping at the mall on my way home to pick it up for full price.
Otherwise, yeah, once you add in shipping up here, it's generally not worth it.

I would only buy that game on PC. Which I did, earlier today, for $30 bucks at Amazon. Digitally.
