Ignoring the labor politics (which are an ongoing problem) I thought it was interesting that an assembly line was being shut down. This suggests to me that Microsoft may be introducing new hardware soon. Obviously there are other possible explanations as well, but this is worth being aware of.
Foxconn is shutting down a 360 assembly facility
They wouldn't shut down an assembly line for a new product would they?
That's what I was thinking. They wouldn't close a factory because of new hardware.
They didn't close a factory, they just closed the assembly line.
Thanks for the correction. Either way, I doubt that it closed because of new hardware.
