So I've been trying to get into the hbo go app but it says that it is unavailable. Is this happening to anyone else?

It hasn't even been working on my computer lately. Maybe they're messing around with stuff.

I just checked and I was able to log in.

Every single time I use HBO GO on my 360 it makes me reactivate the device on my PC. It's quite obnoxious.

HBO Go on the box is great when it works. Which is about a third of the time, unfortunately. They're still having growing pains in the streaming game.

I tried deleting and re-downloading it but to no avail.

It's been working fine for me, but I do have reactivate frequently. That's annoying. Otherwise, fantastic app.

On Comcast.

Do you have Comcast and is it saying the parental controls are blocking it? I've done some research into this because I have the same issue and it seems to only be happening to Comcast subscribers.

Yeah I have Comcast and that is what is says, but I don't think I actually have any sort of parental controls activate so I don't know what the deal is.

@PeasantAbuse: Neither do I, something about when it authenticates with Comcast it just suddenly says that your parental controls are messed up. Of course Comcast is late to the party and provides the worst service.

But alas I'm stuck with them because they're the only option in my area for fast internet.

I'm using it right now with no problems.
