How do you know if a USB stick is fast enough for 360?

The Sandisk Cruzer I just got, upon formatting on the 360 dash, said it does not comply with speed standards and so games, etc. might load slower. How do you know which thumb drives are fast enough for an Xbox?

Depends on the speed of the stick. Most USB thumb drives as slow as fuck, some are good.

    http://www.amazon.com/Easystore-16GB-USB-Flash-Drive/dp/B008O7HZYA\

easystore is owned by Sandisk the makers of the official 360 memory stick and its the exact same product minus the branding and plastic cap you can find them at bestbuys still for cheaper then that amazon. and since its the exact same product minus the branding it works great.

you can also get a sandisk ultra usb stick and it will work.
