Watching E3 videos got me thinking... How long has it been? Looking back, it's been about six months, and I think that was just to show off Dance Central to some friends. Probably would have been since the first week of launch if that hadn't happened.  Man, I'm hoping one of these companies can actually make a game that's actually fun for more than a week of gimmickry.  
 
On a side note, I really need to learn some self-control in the future and stop these impulse-driven buying shenanigans. I am a total sucker for this kind of crap. 

A couple days ago. I dropped off Dance Central a while ago and picked it up again recently. And next week is Child of Eden!

imo all they showed was kinect stuff. i dont play the kinect but my wife got it for dance central and its been awhile since she used it. kinect star wars looks interesting though.

I really don't like what kinect has to offer so far. I was expecting there to be good games announced this year but there was nothing at all and everything they showed looked like shit and no fun. I was kinda thinking star wars might be fun and it doesn't look good at all. I'm probably gonna buy it anyways though cause star wars is fucking awesome and it's the only decent ish game coming out for kinect

I used mine last in December. Then I unplugged it because it was annoying as it started up everytime I turned on my Xbox reminding me that I wasn't using it. Then I moved and never unpacked it from the box, and now I just realized my new place I would have no room for it anyway.

Idle for a month or so, then I got into Kinect Sports back in April and I've been playing it a couple times a week since then.  Looking forward to picking up some new Kinect games.

My mate got one near Christmas and played it for the duration of the festivities, it hasn't been touched since then and I don't blame him.

This was the main reason I couldn't see dropping $150 on it, it look interesting but I'm doubting the longevity of it.

I buy almost everything, just for the hell of it and I still can't even bring myself to get a Kinect. Maybe if it worked super well with Netflix or something, I might think of it. But . . . meh.

The closest I can come is that I have owned a Wii (two, actually) since just after the launch. I have almost never played them and the last time I touched them was the week Boom Blox came out, three years ago. At this moment, I don't even know where they are. I think one or both of them are in their original boxes packed in a ton of other gaming stuff out in the garage. I bought a house over a year ago and just couldn't be arsed to dig around for the shitty Wiis that I never used. Mostly because I don't give two tits about waggling controllers around.

6 months, but because I have had major shoulder surgery...

I last played it on Friday. I got the Calorie Challenge DLC for Kinect Sports.

Kinect Sports has DLC?

A few days ago to use Kinect Me. I'm about to get a bunch of achievements in Kinect Adventures and then get deep into Dance Central (I've done the first eight songs on all difficulties). After that... Your Shape!

I never bought one because of this, but I will buy a kinect when ME3 comes out.

Yesterday, tried the labs stuff. My kids like googly eyes.

Since about launch here. Played it for a week, but it was summer down here and playing games by moving around didn't seem so appealing after a while so we kinda stopped.

Winter is here now and I did like me some Kinect Sports. Can see myself loading it up to warm up some.

I actually played it a couple days ago (although that was after a two month hiatus) as I saw stuff for Dance Central 2 and felt like playing the first game. It was kinda weird at first as that was the first time I actually played the game alone, but it was still fun.

Still waiting for that one game that will make me buy one Kinect in the first place.

Never bought it, so lump me in the "Never" crowd.

I bust it out for that YourShape game on days I can't make it to the gym. I most recently played it the day Kinect Fun Labs came out.

I didn't realize they already released the Kinect Fun Labs. I will have to check that out... If only to knock some dust off the damn thing!

put me in the never. i didn't buy one, and it seems like people aren't using it a lot here either. it seems like a bunch of minigames.

One week ago.

Used it to play Child of Eden and still kind of play Kinect Sports. I traded in Dance Central because it kept making me do MOVES I DO NOT FEEL MATCH MY MANLY PERSONA

Edit: Actually- I kind of prefer Kinect's seeking in Netflix; and audio play stop commands = win too

I use video kinect regularly to talk with a friend in a remote foreign country.

I intend to purchase dance central and child of eden eventually, but so far only have played dance evolution (which is not a very good game, but enjoyable if you like that para para / konami music stuff).
