Sorry, I voted nothing because I don't want this. It's just a more glorified version of an eyetoy..
Xbox 360

The Xbox 360 is the second game console produced by Microsoft Corporation and is the successor to the original Xbox.
How much would you pay for NATAL?
I voted B (maybe if they gave it to me) because the only way this will end up on my system is if they package it in with a title I'm purchasing anyway. If it comes with Fable 3, Halo Reach (yeah right) or a few other select fall '10 titles, then I'll own one. If it's packaged with a wii sports clone, then forget about it.

I see no reason to purchase something like this.
For me it's going to heavily depend on the games available. If it's nothing but casual marketed crap, then I have nothing against them trying to capture that market, but I'm 100% not interested.
There's definitely some aspects of it that seem very interesting, and the people immediatly writting it off, or calling it a glorified eye toy are really missing the big picture.
Give me a Black & White 3 on the thing, and I'll gladly pay the asking price no matter what it is.
It really depends on what capabilities the production version ACTUALLY has and on how developers use those capabilities to make games. Until I see games, I'm not sure how I can determine what it is worth to me. Currently my interest is low. However, if games come out using it in interesting ways, I would pay for it. How much I would pay really depends on the quality of the software available.
I would pay up to $100 if it had interesting games on it and it actually worked as they say it's going to work.
Nothing. I have no interest in waving my arms and legs about like a monkey in front of the TV. If I wanted to do that I'd join the circus.
I chose "maybe if they gave it to me." I have no interest in NATAL and I think its rather stupid that Microsoft is pushing it so much. The audience that owns their console I would argue in the majority, doesn't really care about this.
If it somehow ends up being just amazing and revolutionary I may get on board but I am highly skeptical that it really is going to do much in the way of games. I'm sorry, but I want a controller, want to feel that weight and control in my hand.
While I was totally stunned by it's presentation at E3, I really can't imagine it panning out that well. Really, just look at the Wii. I like Natal's concept, just like I liked the Wii's concept, but MS really needs to show how well Natal can execute it's abilities in games before I'll consider buying it. The technology is no doubt impressive, but how well will that translate to gameplay? Time will tell.
I wonder how Microsoft will sell it. Many thing they'll start bundling it with 360s, but then that'll force everyone else that already has a 360 to buy one separately, which doesn't seem fair. They could end up bundling it with Halo Reach or something...
" @FluxWaveZ said:That's what I mean. All these rumors (not just coming from the analyst) seem to point at that price range, and usually that holds true." I'd pay $80 for it. But it's all but been confirmed that it'll retail for about $60. "I thought that was still a rumor, I know Michael Pachter seem to believe it's only going to sell for $50, I think at least $60 or $80 "
I like the concept, and if a few 3rd party devs hop on, then I think this is definitely worth dropping $80. Not to much over that at start, but hey, who knows anything, really?
" i would pay up to $100 for it. 80 was the closest to 100. i'm not to interested in it as i can see that it won't be good. it is going to need some good games that the controls are also good. "My thoughts on the price point was, the price of a game($60) a collectors edition game ($80) or the price of a game with new hardware ie dj hero or TH:ride ($120). 100 bucks seems like an odd price in the game world to me idk I'm weird.
Shouldn't cost more than a game unless it come packed with a bunch of mini games. Would not pay over $100 for it.
Don't want it, don't care about it. I just don't see how a game not completely based around a gimmick could work on the thing. Seriously, has anyone seen an actual game for this thing besides that virtual goalkeeper thing? I predict shovelware minigame collections in Microsoft's future.
